Tracking

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details.


Incorrect or Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect from carrier
